The
construction in our $3.7M
expansion project
is
almost done! Our new sanctuary is done and we had over 900 in total
attendance in our three Christmas Eve services. It is an exciting
time for us and a profoundly prayerful time as well. We are answering
the CALL to GROW, not just in our facilities, but our spirits and faith
too.
Our
Mission Statement at OPC includes these words:
"A loving church, with a firm foundation, called to GROW With these words, we at Oswego Presbyterian Church define our past, present and future. And, right now, our call to growth includes BUILDING to meet the needs of our congregation and the challenges of our community. And the BUILDING is almost done! Come and see the growth first hand! Come and find out for yourself how to grow in faith and service to God – grow WITH us!
We like to describe ourselves as
a "dynamic church reflecting the growth
of our community," but we
also continue to be that “loving church, with
a firm foundation.” However, that foundation is not one poured
in cement---instead, it is the foundation that is Jesus Christ, Our Rock
